Abstract: GSA IS SURVEYING VARIOUS USERS OF THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) TO ASCERTAIN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH THE FAR AND FOR DETERMINING WAYS TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. THE INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE SURVEY IN CONJUNCTION WITH FACE TO FACE WORKSHOPS WILL PROVIDE INVALUABLE INFORMATION IN DEVELOPING STRATEGIES FOR IMPROVING THE FAR.
