POOLED SEPARATE ACCOUNT TO ENGAGE IN TRANSACTIONS WITH THE SEPARATE
ACCOUNT IF THE PLAN'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SEPARATE ACCOUNT DOES
NOT EXCEED SPECIFIC LIMITS. SIX YEAR RECORDKEEPING IS
REQUIRED.
