PROGRAMS: AFDC, FS AND MEDICAID. THE INTEGRATED REVIEW SCHEDULE IS
JOINTLY DESIGNED AND USED BY FSA, FNS, A HCFA. THE REVIEW SCHEDULE
SERVES AS THE COMPREHENSIVE DATA ENTRY FORM FOR ALL QUALITY CONTROL
REVIEWS IN THE AFDC, FS, AND MEDICAID PROGRAMS
