Terms of Clearance: This request, as amended by the material submitted by Vernon Parker of OPM to Joe Lackey of OMB on 11/26/90 is approved with the following conditions: 1. OMB waives the requirement that an expiration date be printed on this form. 2. The SF86A (continuation sheet) is approved for use with this form. 3. Use of this form is to begin on 3/1/91. Until that date agencies may continue to require use of the "old" SF86. Beginning on 3/1/91 only this form may be used for the individuals subject to using it. 4. This new SF86P is to be used only for those individauls who would have used the "old" SF86 but who are not to occupy national security positions.
