that the requirements are not subject to to the Paperwork Reduction
Act. HUD has also dropped its contention that the requirements
impose usual and customary burden. Information provided in this
collection simply allows mortgagees to submit on their own forms.
Thus, there is no change in the burden hours hours associated with
this paperwork. When HUD resubmits this paperwork, it must provide
more detailed information on how the the .25 burden hour citation
was achieved regarding the processing of mortgage notes.
