Abstract: THE PROPOSED APPLICATION IS NEEDED UNDER THE MEDIUM AND LONG-TERM LOAN AND GUARANTEE PROGRAMS TO PROVIDE A MECHANISM BY WHICH EXIMBANK CAN EVALUATE CREDITWORTHINESS OF APPLICANTS.
