IN ORDER FOR THIS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED, AND FOR ATF TO MONITOR SUCH TRANSACTIONS, BREWERS COMPLETE ATF F 5130.12 (1689). THIS FORM MONITORS EXPORTS ON SHIPS AND AIRCRAFT OR TO MILITARY BASES. THE FORM IS CERTIFIED BY U.S. CUSTOMS AND ENSURES THAT UNTAXPAID BEER DOES NOT REACH DOMESTIC MARKETS.
