STATE NONMEMBER BANK WISHING FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE MUST SUBMIT
AN APPLICATION TO THE FDIC. A PROPOSED BANK SUBMITS APPLICATION
FORM FDIC 6200/05 FOR DEPOSIT INSURANCE. THE FORM CONTAINS
INFORMATION RELATING TO THE FACTORS ENUMERATED IN SECTION 6 OF THE
FDI ACT WHICH THE FDIC MUST CONSIDER BEFORE ACTING ON THE
APPLICATION.
