Abstract: THE NOTICE TO PROCEED IS THE OFFICIAL PHA ORDER DIRECTING THE CONTRACTOR TO COMMENCE CONSTRUCTION ON A PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECT. IT ESTABLISHES THE DATE OF START OF CONSTRUCTION, THE NUMBER OF DAYS CONSTRUCTION AND THE COMPLETION DATE. IT ALSO PROVIDES THE NAME OF THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AND FOR ACCEPTANCE BY THE CONTRACTOR.
