Abstract: INDIAN SCHOOL EQUALIZATION PROGRAM FUNDS ARE DISTRIBUTED ON A FORMULA BASIS TO ALL BUREAU-FUNDED ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS. WEIGHTED STUDENT UNITS WHICH CONSIST OF A VALUE FOR BASIC AND SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTIONAL AND RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS ARE USED TO CALCULATE THE DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS.
