Abstract: THE DEPARTMENT ENTERED INTO A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE NATIONAL CAPTIONING INSTITUTE (NCI) TO REDUCE THE COST OF THE TELECAPTION DECORDER (TC 4000) TO CONSUMERS. NCI PROPOSES TO DO THIS THRU A DIREC CONSUMER REBATE OF $20 FOR EACH DECORDER PURCHASED. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE REBATE, PURCHASERS MUST MAIL IN THE REBATE COUPON.
