Terms of Clearance: This ICR for the Inventory Update is approved for the necessary one year to carry out the Update on the condition that EPA revise Form C b dropping "plant site" and Dun and Bradstreet Number from the form. In addition, EPA shall evaluate the rate that production and site information becomes obsolete each year based on a comparison of this update with the previsous update and determine whether the four year updating of the Inventory is justified when this ICR is renewed.
