PROTECTION ACT OF 1970, AS AMENDED JULY 1976 (PL 94-36). THE
REGULATIONS DELINEATE PROCEDURES RELATED TO CERTIFICATION AND
LICENSING OF DESIGNATED QUALIFIED PERSONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND
LIABILITIES OF MANAGEMENT, AND PROHIBITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
INVOLVED IN TRANSPORTATION OF CERTAIN HORSES.
