Abstract: DHUD REFORM ACT (1989) REQUIRES INFORMATION ON RELATED ASSISTANCE FROM GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AND UNFIFORM RELOCATION ACT REQUIERES LOCATION BENEFITS BE PAID.
