THE TOXICITY CASE AGAINST MERCURY,
INCLUDING A RECENT MERCURY POISONIN DUE TO INHALATION OF
MERCURY-CONTAINING AGENT, LEADS EPA TOWARDS PROBABLE FIFRA
REGULATORY ACTION AGAINST THE USE OF MERCURY IN PAINT. EPA WANTS TO
SEND LETTERS TO PAINT FORMULATORS TO DETERMINE THE EXTENT OF USE OF
MERCURY AND TO SUPPORT REGULATORY ACTIONS AGAINST ITS USE.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
