Abstract: THE INDIAN EDUCATION FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM AIMS TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF INDIAN GRADUATES OF COLLEGE AND GRADUATE PROGRAMS IN SPECIFIC AREAS (E.G., ENGINEERING, BUSINESS, MEDICINE, AND LAW).
