In accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980 and 5 CFR 1320, we are
approving this information collection for use through September 30,
1990. Should the Bureau of Indian Affairs resubmit this Information
Collection for subsequent OMB review, the BIA must address the
following issues: (1) the BIA must explicitly justify each questi
on the form, particularly section III regarding the student
male/femal count, (2) As recommended by IMCA/ED, the BIA must
submit to IMCD a request for waiver from the requirements contained
in GEPA Section 400 or provide reasonable evidence that they have
submitted such a request (3) BIA must include the OMB Number and
expiration date on the information collection instrument, and, (4)
the information collectio package when resubmitted to OMB should
contain the directions for filling out the form.

COMPILED FOR PROGRAM EVALUATION AND STATISTICAL DATA. THIS
