FEDERAL LAW REQUIRES EXPORTERS OF AN UNREGISTERED PESTICIDE TO
OBTAIN A STATEMENT FROM THE FOREIGN PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGING THAT
THEY UNDERSTAND THAT THE PESTICIDE IS NOT REGISTERED IN THE UNITED
STATES AND CANNOT BE SOLD IN THE UNITED STATES. EPA MUST TRANSMIT A
COPY OF THIS STATEMENT TO AN APPROPRIATE OFFICIAL IN THE GOVERNMENT
OF THE IMPORTING COUNTRY.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
