Abstract: ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY, CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS WILL BE SURVEYED TRIENNIALLY ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS TO PROVIDE INFORMATI ON THEIR OPINIONS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF STARS AND STRIPES NEWSPAPERS AND BOOKSTORE OPERATIONS TO ENABLE DOD AND THE EUROPEAN AND PACIFIC UNIFIED COMMANDS TO MAKE PROGRAM CHANGES AS NECESSARY.
