"provided to a physician in the event treatment is necessary."

THE YCC APPLICATION FORM PERMITS
PUBLIC ACCESS TO EMPLOYMENT IN THE YCC PROGRA THE YOUTH
CONSERVATION CORPS APPLICANT WHO IS SELECTED FOR EMPLOYMENT MUST
SUBMIT A MEDICAL HISTORY REPORT VERIFYING THE YOUTH'S PHYSICAL
SUITABILITY FOR THE PROGRAM. IF NOT USED, GOVERNMENT LIABILITY RISK
WOULD BE HIGH, AND THE SPECIAL NEEDS OF AN INDIVIDUAL WOULD NOT BE
KNOWN.
