EIA should describe in detail, prior to resubmitting this
collection for OMB review, how the information on pollution
controls was actually used. Further, EIA should evaluate the need
for the emission control questions should the proposed amendments
to the Clean Air Act be adopted. EIA should also explain why an
annual update of this information is necessary. ' Finally, EIA
should be sure to answer all questions asked on the December 22,
1989 terms of clearance.
