Abstract: INLAND WATERWAYS'. THE CORPS OF ENGINEERS UTILIZES VESSEL OPERATIONS THE USACE UTILIZES ENG FORM 3925 IN CONJUNCTION WITH ENG FOR 3926 AS ITS BASIC SOURCE OF INPUT TO CONDUCT ITS WATERBORNE COMMERCE STATISTIC PROGRAM. THE ANNUAL PUBLICATION, "WATERBORN COMMERCE OF THE UNITED STATES - PART 1 - 5" ARE THE RESULT OF SAID STATISTICS PROGRAM.
