In accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) and 5 CFR 1320, this
collection of information is approved through March 31, 1991,
because of possible changes in program administration due to GATT
negotiations and legislation currently under consideration. The
information collections covered should include a "burden box,"
which includes a statement of the estimated burden and which
solicits any comments on the burden, as required by 5 CFR 1320.21.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture should also consult directly
with users of the program to estimate the burden more accurately
and to identify any redundant collections of information. A brief
report of the results of these actions should be included in the
next request for review.
