this ICR which only modifies the first condition of clearance in
the December 4, 1989 OMB Notice of Action for Phase 3 of Pesticide
Reregistration. Thus, for the purposes of Phase 3 only, EPA shall
use the new adverse information guidance, as modified (see file),
to replace the 1979 6(a)(2) policy. The remaining condition an
comments still apply.

REGISTRANTS SEEKING TO REREGISTER
THEIR PRODUCTS MUST PROVIDE IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION ON THE
ADVERSE EFFECTS ASSOCIATED WITH THOS PESTICIDES. THEY MUST REPORT
ONCE, WITH THEIR PHASE III RESPONSE. EP WILL USE THIS INFORMATION
TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE PESTICIDES SHOULD B REREGISTERED AND UNDER
WHAT TERMS.
