OMB ESTIMATES THAT THE REPORTING BURDEN FOR THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION WILL AVERAGE 30 MINUTES FOR COMPLIANCE, RECOGNIZING THAT TIME NECESSARY FOR FILING THE FIRST DISCLOSURE MAY SUBSTANTIALLY DIFFER FROM THAT FOR THE SUBSEQUENT DISCLOSURES.
