STATE AGENCIES ADMINISTERING THE NINE
FOOD DONATION PROGRAMS USE THE FNS-663 TO REPORT TO FOOD AND
NUTRITION SERVICE ON THE QUALITY AND ACCEPTABILITY OF FEDERALLY
DONATED FOODS. THIS REPORT ALSO CONVEYS TH RECOMMENDATIONS FOR
IMPROVEMENT AND REQUESTS FOR NEW FOODS. IT REFLEC THE MAJORITY OF
COMMENTS MADE BY RECIPIENT OPERATORS AND PARTICIPANTS IN EACH OF
THE FOOD PROGRAMS.
