Abstract: NRC FORM FORM 473 IS USED BY NRC MEDICAL LICENSEES TO REPORT DIAGNOSTIC MISADMINISTRATIONS OF RADIOPHARMACEUTICALS AS REQUIRED BY 10 CFR PART 35.
