Abstract: REPORT IS USED FOR FEDERAL MONITORING OF STATE BUDGET ESTIMATE PAYMENT TO COMPLETE THE MAXIMUM FUNDING AUTHORIZED, AND TO DETERMINE AMOUNT OF FEDERAL SHARE OF PROGRAM EXPENDITURES. THE FORM ALSO FULFILLS BUDGET REQUIREMENTS FOR ADVANCING FEDERAL MATCHING FUNDS TO STATES TO MEET THEIR ENTITLEMENTS PAYMENTS OBLIGATIONS.
