THREE TYPES OF INSTRUMENTS WILL BE
USED TO DETERMINE THE VALIDITY OF ASVAB 14 FOR PREDICTING
PERFORMANCE IN 12 CIVILIAN OCCUPATIONS. THE SUPPLEMENTAL
INFORMATION FORM WILL ASK EMPLOYEES WHO TAKE THE ASVAB CERTAIN
BACKGROUND INFORMATION ABOUT THEMSELVES. THE BEHAVIORALLY-ANCHORED
RATING SCALES WILL ASK SUPERVISORS THEIR EMPLOYEES' PERFORMANCE,
AND THE THIRD INSTRUMENT WILL ASK SUPERVISORS TO INDICATE
IMPORTANCE OF THE
