DATA ARE USED BY FERC, BEA, EPA, DOE(EH), ACT. RESPONDENTS ARE STEAM-ELECTRIC PLANTS OF 100 MEGAWATTS(MW) OR MOR FOR THE ENTIRE FORM AND PLANTS BETWEEN 10 MW AND 100 MW TO COMPLETE ONLY PAGES 6, 13, AND 14, AS APPLICABLE.
