This information
collection request is approved for 3 months to provide the
Department with an opportunity to respond to the following
questions concerning the application requirements for the
"conversion of projects." (1) What precisely do the following
requirements entail: "documentation regarding Mutual Help
contribution," "documentation regarding survey of families'
participation," "documentation on any remaining units," and a
"description of of project." (2) Has HUD form 9822 previously been
approved under the Paperwork Reduction Act for use in this program?
(We cannot find any indication in our prior approval of that form
(under OMB No. 2502-0369) that the form was intended to be used in
this program.) The Department's responses to these questions should
provide rationales for these requirements that are consistent with
the approval criteria at 5 CFR 1320.4.
