approved for one year for use in a case study in Jefferson County,
WV. The data developed shall only be used to evaluate ground water
vulnerability in Jefferson Co., not nationally, and to determine
the most cost effective method for collecting pesticide use
informatio EPA shall continue to work closely with USDA to avoid
any duplications with their current and future efforts. EPA shall
submit a new ICR if they intend to use this questionnaire in other
parts of the country including a separate justification for the
information's use and evaluation of the Jefferson County case
study.
