Abstract: RULE 15C2-10 REQUIRES THAT SPONSORS OF PROPRIETARY TRADING SYSTEMS OBTAIN COMMISSION APPROVAL OF A PLAN DESCRIBING THE SYSTEM AND OF AMENDMENTS TO APPROVED PLANS. THE RULE ALSO REQUIRES THAT SPONSORS ENFORCE COMPLIANCE BY PARTICIPANTS WITH THE PLAN AND FEDERAL SECURITIE LAWS, AND PROVIDE THE COMMISSION WITH RECORDS PERTAINING TO THE SYSTEM
