Generic approval
of the tariff review plan is extended to accomodate the change in
the annual access filing schedule. All conditions of of the
previous approval remain in effect. This approval is through August
1, 1990. FCC must resubmit the tariff review plan for an OMB
approval at that time. OMB will review the record of the tariff
review plan generic approval as well as other common carrier
reporting requirements as identified in the information collection
budget.

FULFILLMENT OF COST SUPPORT MATERIAL REQUIRED BY 47 CFR 61.38. THE
INFORMATION IS USED BY FCC AND PUBLIC TO DETERMINE THE JUSTNESS AND
REASONABLENESS OF RATES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN TARIFFS AS
REQUIRED BY THE COMMUNICATIONS ACT OF 1934,
