from GSA's memorandum of 9/13/89 that electronic submission of the
information covered by OMB clearance number 3090-0038 (Optional
Form 280) will be permitted no later than the spring 1991 tender
filing cycle. Accordingly, this collection is approved for two
years. Upon resubmission in 1991, GSA should confirm that
electronic submission is permitted and revise the burden hours
associated with this collection accordingly.
