Abstract: THIS EXPLORATORY STUDY EXAMINES LONG TERM WORK REGISTRANTS, THEIR PATTERNS OF PARTICIPATION, BARRIERS TO THEIR EMPLOYMENT AND THEIR ACCE TO AND USE OF EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING SERVICES. THE FINDINGS OF THIS STUDY WILL SUPPLEMENT INFORMATION ALREADY AVAILABLE TO FEDERAL AND SOM OFFICIALS CHARGED WITH PROVIDING EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING SERVICES TO T FOOD STAMP WORK REGISTRANT POPULATION.
