Abstract: THE FEDERAL EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT ACT OF 1986, PUBLIC LAW 99-335, PERMITS ALL NON-DISABILITY RETIREES TO MAKE AN ELECTION BETWEEN ALTERNATIVE FORMS OF ANNUITY. THIS FORM WILL BE USED TO CONVEY INFORMATION AND SOLICIT THAT ELECTION.
