THE INFORMATION REQUESTED IS NECESSARY
TO GENERATE AND SUBMIT A STATUTORILY REQUIRED REPORT TO THE
PRESIDENT AND CONGRESS ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE VICTIMS OF CRIME
ACT, AS AMENDED, AND TO INSURE GRANTEES' COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTORY
CRITERIA. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC INCLUDES UP TO 56 STATES AND
TERRITORIES ADMINISTERING THE CRIME VICTI COMPENSATION PROVISIONS
OF THE VICTIMS OF CRIME ACT, AS AMENDED.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
