Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS NECESSARY IN ORDER FOR OSMRE TO APPORTION APPROXIMATELY ONE BILLION DOLLARS TO STATES AND INDIAN TRIBES FOR RECLAMATION OF ABANDONED MINE LANDS. WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION, OSMRE WILL BE UNABLE TO SELECT THE MOST SERIOUS PROBLEMS FOR RECLAMATION.
