AND ACCOMPANYING BIOGRAPHICAL, PROFESSIONAL, AND FINANCIAL
INFORMATION, AS REQUIRED UNDER SEC. 405(A) OF H.R. 5090 FROM
INTERESTED U.S. CITIZENS WHO WISH TO SERVE AS PANELISTS TO REVIEW
ANTIDUMPING AND COUNTERVAILING DUTIES CASES UNDER THE UNITED STATES
- CANADA FREE-TRADE AGREEMENT.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
