'THE SMALL BUSINESS INVESTMENT ACT OF
1958, AS AMENDED, AUTHORIZES SBA TO LICENSE SMALL BUSINESS
INVESTMENT COMPANIES. THE INFORMATION REQUESTED IN THE LICENSE
APPLICATION PROVIDES SBA WITH THE NECESSARY FACTS TO MAKE A
JUDGMENT AS TO WHETHER THE APPLICANT WILL CONDUCT ITSELF AND
PROVIDE THE FINANCINGS TO SMALL BUSINESSES AS INTED BY THE
ACT.
