Abstract: DISASTER RELIEF AID, FEDERAL AID TO STATES, STATE-ADMINISTERED PROGRAMS, FEDERAL GRANTS, FEDERAL PROGRAMS, HAZARD MITIGATION MEASURES THIS LEGISLATION ALLOWS FOR STATES TO APPLY FOR FUNDING OF HAZARD OR EMERGENCY.
