JUDICIAL AUTHORITY, THE STATE DEPARTMENT MAY DENY OR REVOKE THE
PASSPORT OF THE AFFECTED PERSON. TH SUBMISSION IS VOLUNTARY. IN
TAKING SUCH ACTION, THE DEPARTMENT IMPLEMENTS THE ANTI-DRUG ABUSE
ACT OF 1988.
