insert appropriate questions on medical support provisions 2.) OCSE
will insert appropriate questions regarding interstate wage
withholding cases and "long arm" statutes for interstate cases 3.)
OCSE will insert appropriate questions on absent parent's property
income 4.) OCSE will provide to OMB by August 1, 1989 the list of
questions they plan to ask States with regard to AFDC savings from
child support and how these savings are subsequently used 5.) OCSE
will will submit draft copies of the results, as they are being
developed, to OMB, and preferably on a monthly basis.

OBTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT CHILD SUPPORT
ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM OPERATIONS AND COSTS IN ORDER TO: 1) EVALUATE
THE PROGRAM, 2) DETERMIN THE DEGREE TO WHICH THE 1984 CHILD SUPPORT
ENFORCEMENT AMENDMENTS STRENGTHENED THE PROGRAM, AND 3) IDENTIFY
PROBLEMS IN THE PROGRAM THAT MAY LIMIT ITS EFFICIENCY. RESPONDENTS
WILL BE CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM OFFICERS AND
STAFF.
