Abstract: (GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT) PUBLIC LAW 95-507 REQUIRES THAT CONTRACTS OVE $500,000 ($1 MILLION FOR CONSTRUCTION) CONTAIN A SUBCONTRACTING PLAN WITH GOALS FOR SUBCONTRACTING TO SMALL AND SMALL DISADVANTAGED FIRMS. THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PLAN ARE SET FORTH IN THE LAW. THE SF 294 REPO IS USED TO MONITOR CONTRACTOR'S PERFORMANCE AGAINST THE GOALS IN ITS PLANS.
