ACT OF 1940 AUTHORIZES THE COMMISSION TO REQUIRE THAT CERTAIN
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF REGISTERE MANAGEMENT COMPANIES BE BONDED
BY INSURANCE COMPANIES AGAINST LARCENY AND EMBEZZLEMENT. RULE
17G-1(G) SETS FILING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS CONNECTED WITH
MAINTAINING COVERAGE.
