Abstract: THE INFORMATION BEING REQUESTED RELATES TO POTENTIAL FOR SUCCESS OF BUSINESSES ON INDIAN RESERVATIONS FOR WHICH GRANT FUNDS HAVE BEEN REQUESTED.
