Terms of Clearance: Approved ro 90 days for the following reason. HUD has failed to state clearly why the per unit monthly amount and the annual amount columns are not duplicative: Why will not the per unit monthly amount multiplied by the number of units and 12 provide the annual? Hence, HUD has not adequately responded to OMB's concerns regarding the information collected on the form 53045, Projec feasibility. In addition, HUD must also revise the forms in this clearance request to comply with the requirements at 5 CFR 1320.21.
