APPROVED QUICK RESPONSE TELEPHONE SURVEY METHODOLOGY TO STUDY THE
FEASIBILITY OF COLLECTING DRUG ABUSE DATA (MARIJUANA AND COCAINE)
BY A TELEPHONE SURVEY. THE INFORMATION WILL BE COLLECTED UTILIZING
