relocation assistance for the CDBG and UDAG programs. In its
resubmission, HUD should discuss the net change in paperwork
requirements caused by the interim rule, and should explain why its
current justification and burden estimate for the new requirements
do not include the paperwork requirements at sections 570.496a(d)
and 570.496(e).
